Your serial number can be found on the FCC/CE compliance label, which is located on your Summa equipment. Depending upon which Summa product you own, the location of the label varies. Scroll down this page to see where the serial number can be found on your Summa product.

S Class and S Class 2
On the back of the cutter body, just to the right of the power and communications connections:


S One

On the back of the cutter body, just to the right of the power and communications connections:

At the front of the cutter, just below the main power switch

Lost Backup, License file or Activation (code) file

Some products of Summa have license files or need activation files to get the product running. Those files can be retrieved by using the serial number of the product. Make sure the product is registered correctly before you try to recover the data.

On the USB dongle of your SummaFlex key there is written part of the license code that is used to retrieve the complete serial number
