Modified on Wed, 4 Dec, 2019 at 10:41 AM

This tutorial explains how to optimize your workflow by adapting an action set. In this example, the workflow, using a handheld barcode scanner is automated, so that the operator needs fewer mouse clicks in order to finish a job. this is done by adding an "output action" to the action set (workflow), by selecting the direct output option and by selecting the repeat feature. Note the action sets easily can be copied, adapted or deleted. this allows you to experiment with them.

1. Right Click 'Import job using handscanner'.

Select 'Output job' and add it to your actions by dragging it to the Actions list.

2. Select 'Output job'.

    Activate the "Direct mode" option.

3. Turn on the 'Repeat' option.

     Press 'Ok'.
