Occasionally after updating GoProduce, when trying to use the barcode workflow, a "No Camera Profile Selected" error may pop up. The following describes the fix for this issue.
Before the following solutions please be sure the settings in https://support.summa.eu/a/solutions/articles/43000516405 are set correctly
1. Try a clean install of GoProduce. Instructions for this can be found here: https://support.summa.eu/a/solutions/articles/43000605057
If this does not solve the problem, try this work around solution:
2. Import the attached Barcode camera profile by going to the "Material Manager" tab then in the "Camera Profiles" section select "Import" then select the XML file
now the barcode camera profile should be in your list of profiles as below
3. Check if the barcode reads. If it does then everything should work as intended now. If it does not then proceed to the next step.
4. In the "General" tab in the "Materials" section hit the "Reset" button
NOTE: This will reset the material settings to default so it will erase any materials that are custom made. If you do have custom materials and settings be sure to press the "Backup" button before every update just in case.
