This failure would be related to certain video cards but can be resolved by setting the rendering mode.
The camera window in GoProduce shows the video image but freezes when you move with the cursors.
If the camera does work fine in "Axis Control" and "Videology Viewer" than try to change the "Camera Rendering mode".
In GoProduce, click the "General" tab, change "Rendering" from "Hardware" (default) to "Software".
This "Rendering" Option only available from GoProduce V2.2.2.2 or higher.
Software rendering will only take effect after restarting the GoProduce software. Reboot the software and check again.
