This occurs when a specific version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer.
Use the following procedure to correct this:
- Uninstall Adobe Reader.
- On Adobe’s download page select a non-64-bit version (https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/):
- Select the “Change language or operating system” -> Specify for example Windows 10, All Languages (MUI),
- Select a 32bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
