PLM Packlib models not showing 3D animations in the new version. This is not a Packlib problem, but a Adobe Reader DC problem.

Solution:


  • De-install Adobe Reader. 
  • In Adobe’s download page select a non 64-bit version (https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/):
    • Select the “Change language or operating system” -> Specify for example Windows 10, All Languages (MUI),
    • Select the non-64-bit version, the 32bit version
