Where can I find the Summa Support Knowledge Base?
You can reach the Summa Support Knowledge Base in a few ways. All of them are described below.

This will bring you to the homepage of the support platform.
Click on Knowledge base (1) or View all articles (2) you will see the complete knowledge base.

What information can I find on the Summa Support Knowledge Base?
The information found on the Knowledge Base ranges from common questions to technical documentation.
Categories
The Knowledge base is split up into different Categories (1). Each category has Folders (2) containing related articles (3). The categories may be subject to change.
Are there different access rights to Summa Support Knowledge Base
Public section: This part is visible to anyone and does not require a login. This usually includes common questions and how-to's.
Dealers only section: This part is only visible when logged in and when the rights to view are assigned to your account. Assigning these viewing rights happen automatically and is based on what machines are being distributed by the company you work for.
Who gets “dealer (partner) access” to the Summa support Knowledge base
Only dealers that are certified by Summa for a specific model will get access to the dealer only folders. As soon as you have a trained technician in your company than all contacts of you company have rights to that folder. Based on the company mail address we will provide the needed access. It is important to use your company mail address to make sure you get the access.
Example
Company: Service UDP
Dealer technician that got F Series training: John.karton@serviceudp.com
All users with mail address @serviceudp.com will get rights to the dealer only folders for F Series.
How do I create an account for the Summa Support Knowledge Base?
When on the Summa Support website, click on Sign up
Complete the fields:
- Full name
- Company email address
- Captcha
After registration, you'll receive an email to finish setting up your account.
How can I login to the Summa Support Knowledge Base?
When on the Summa Support website, click on Login
Enter your credentials and click on Login.
When you do not have a Password or you did forget your password you select “Forgot your password?” A new window will pop-up to enter your mail address and reset your password:
Instructions to reset your password will be emailed to your registered email address. Make sure to also check your SPAM folder.
Who do I need to contact when I do not see all partner info?
When you are a Summa trained partner, logged in and there are people in your company not having access to dealer only information, please contact support@summa.com
Where can I find the pricelists, marketing documentation, logo’s and branding...?
Pricelists, marketing documentation, branding guides, RMA tracking can be found on the MySumma platform: https://my.summa.com/
You can also reach MySumma through the main Summa website: www.summa.com

User manuals, software, firmware and drivers can be found on the Summa website when you browse to Support pages:
Where can I find the factory backups of the Summa units?
Summa started in 2010 to make factory backups of the units. The factory backups of the units can be found on the Summa Support pages under “Software / Firmware”
