How to retrieve lost activation codes and back-up files

Some Summa products have license or activation files to activate software or additional features. Those files can be retrieved by using the serial number of the product

Make sure the product is registered correctly before you try to recover the data. 

1. Go to the Summa website:

2. Click on the "Support" section:

3. Click on "Software/firmware"


4. Click on "download backup and activation files"


5. Choose between the options:

6. Enter your serial or dongle number and click 'Submit'.

7. Available data will be shown and can be downloaded.

In case you did not register yet complete the form and click "Submit"
