GoProduce - How deactivate and reactivate a license on another computer

The GoProduce that comes with the demo F series should stay with the demo unit that is sold.

 

To be able to activate the license on the new customer computer you will have to deactivate the GoProduce license first on your "demo computer" (or computer where the activation key of GoProduce is now active).

This can be done in GoProduce on the "demo computer":

Once the GoProduce license file is “deactivated” you will be able to reactivate the license on any other computer with the new customer references (name, company and mail address).

 

When you order a new demo unit you will automatically get a new license for GoProduce linked to the new machine.


When you want the GoProduce to be installed on another computer than proceed the same way as described above. Deactivate the license on the existing computer and reactivate on the other computer.


When you had a computer crash than you will have to contact Summa with following information:

  1. Computer name
  2. Serial number of the machine
  3. Customer registration mail address

This way Summa can reset the license to be able to reactivate it on another computer.
