When on the cutter there is a USER defined with 3 or less letters/number in the name than the Summa Cutter Control will trigger an Access violation error and crash:
Solution for now is to go to the cutter, select a different use and than in Summa Cutter Control change the user name of the 3 or less letterd/numbered user to a name with minimum 4 letters/numbers.
Summa is working on a solution but for now this would be the workaround.
