GoSign gives error during output: "Could not open cutlog"

When you get error "Could not open cutlog" when you output a job in GoSign than this is most likely related to security settings on the PC.


Check security settings on the PC that could block the software from writing to the location where the "cutlog" is stored:


C:\Users\..\Documents\Summa GoSign\Cutlog.plt


Settings to check:

  • Try to run the software in administrator mode
  • Check if there are no messages in Windows, that mention the blocking of the location (unlock in Windows security settings):
  • Temporary disable the virus scanner
