F Series - How to Replace a Double Edge Knife

1. Click 'Change Tool' in Axis Control. 

2. Push the button (1) and turn the wheel counterclockwise to remove the tool. (2)

3. Hold the gliding disk between your fingers. Loosen the screw and carefully remove the gliding disk. 

4. Loosen the two screws halfway. Replace the knife carefully.

5. Push the knife to the end and tighten the two screws. 

6. There is also a knife with one flat side. Lay the flat side against the back.

7. Put back the gliding disk with the slot to the pin. 

8. Tighten the screw. 

8. Insert the tool back into the module. Push the button and turn the wheel until the pin falls in the slot. 

9. Keep turning the wheel until it's tight. 

10. Click 'Online' in Axis Control.
