F Series - How to Replace a Double Edge Knife

1. Click Change Tool in Axis Control. 

2. Push the button (1) and turn the wheel (2) counterclockwise to remove the tool.

3. Hold the gliding disk between your fingers and loosen the screw before removing the disk. 

4. Loosen the two screws halfway and remove the blade carefully.

5. Insert the new blade, push the new blade down to the end and tighten the two screws. 

6. Put back the gliding disk with the slot to the pin. 

7. Tighten the screw. 

8. Insert the tool back into the module, push the button and turn the wheel clockwise until the pin falls in the slot. 

9. Keep turning the wheel until it's tight. 

10. Click Online in Axis Control.
