The PDF attached is an old manual of SummaFlex. In the manual you will find useful information about the different file types being used and how to make a clean installation of SummaFlex (5.3 Clean installation of SummaFlex Pro - 5.5 Recovering custom settings from previous installation).
Remark that retrieving data from a previous installation can trigger a failure. So when you make a clean installation to try to resolve an issue than it is advised to first check when the problem is solved if it is than you can start setting back old data. Check if the problem doesn't come back after setting back the old settings.
