This document describes the procedure to replace the pinch rollers in a Summa series roll cutter.

It is advised to replace both outermost pinch rollers at the same time to ensure a good transport of the media.

Procedure

Protect the base of the machine.

Remove the clip from the shaft. Use a small screwdriver to pry in the gap of the clip.

Push the shaft out of the pinch roller block.

Remove the pinch roller.

Insert the new pinch roller and slide the shaft in the pinch roller.

Position the clip on the shaft and push down.
